MikroTik East Africa ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through mikrotikea.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Only what you give us directly, through the enquiry form or the CHR labs waitlist:
- Name
- Phone / WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Whatever you write in the message field
We don't use tracking cookies or collect data passively.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange training or services, and — if you opt in — notify you when CHR online labs launch. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only MikroTik East Africa staff. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-relay service — they process the submission but we don't share your data with anyone beyond that. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to you and deliver any training or service you enroll in — not indefinitely.
Your rights
Email training@mikrotikea.com anytime to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.
