What we do

Three services. One connected region.

From the classroom to the core router to the last mile of fiber — we cover the full lifecycle of building and running an East African network.

01

Training & Certifications

Official MikroTik curriculum delivered by certified trainers, with labs on live RouterOS hardware and official exam vouchers built in.

  • Full MTCNA → MTCINE certification ladder
  • In-person cohorts and live online classes
  • Real-equipment labs, not just simulators
  • Corporate & team training on request
02

Fiber Design & Rollout

End-to-end FTTx and backbone engineering — from network design and BOQ to splicing, testing and handover.

  • GPON / FTTH & metro backbone design
  • Site surveys, routing & bill of quantities
  • Splicing, OTDR testing & commissioning
  • As-built documentation & mapping
Certification tracks

The official MikroTik certification ladder.

Every course follows the official MikroTik training outline, pairs theory with hands-on RouterOS labs, and finishes with the official online certification exam. Start with MTCNA — it's the prerequisite for everything else.

MikroTik Certified Network Associate

The entry point to the whole programme. Learn to configure, manage and troubleshoot a MikroTik router and deliver basic services to clients. Required before any engineer-level exam.

~2–3 daysPrereq: TCP/IP basics
RouterOS & RouterBOARD basics
IP addressing & routing fundamentals
DHCP server & client
Bridging & switching basics
Firewall & NAT
Wireless networks
PPP & tunnels
Simple queues (QoS) & tools
MTCREEngineer

Routing Engineer

Static & recursive routing, ECMP, point-to-point addressing, VLAN & QinQ, tunnels/VPN, OSPF areas & cost, plus an intro to BGP and MPLS.

Why MikroTik East Africa

Training that survives contact with a live network.

01

Real hardware, real configs

You configure physical RouterBOARD and CCR devices in the lab — the same gear running networks across the region.

02

Engineers who build, then teach

Our trainers design fiber and run WISP cores by day. The case studies in class are projects we actually delivered.

03

From certificate to career

Certification is the start. We connect strong graduates with ISPs, integrators and fiber contractors hiring in East Africa.

04

Support after the course

Hit a wall on a deployment? Alumni get continued access to our engineering team for guidance and troubleshooting.
